Little Green Fork

Better for you, better for the planet.

Our culinary teams craft vibrant, seasonal dishes that put vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based proteins at the center of the plate. Menus are designed with responsible sourcing and sustainability in mind, offering delicious choices that nourish both people and the planet.

The Little Green Fork Wellness program makes it easier to choose meals that are better for your health and the planet. Look for the Little Green Fork icon on menus to quickly spot the healthier, more sustainable meal options. What is better for you is also better for the planet.

Food Allergies

Guest safety is our top priority. Because our menus change daily, and we use thousands of ingredients at any given time, we encourage guests with food allergies or ingredient questions to speak directly with one of our on-floor allergy experts. If you have a food allergy, please notify the station attendant who will contact an allergy expert to assist you.

Our allergy experts receive specialized training and are dedicated to supporting guests with food allergies and dietary concerns. They can review ingredient labels, confirm preparation details, and work directly with our culinary team to verify the ingredients used in that day’s offerings.

Sustainability

We see food as an agent to make a difference in the lives of our guests, the health of our planet, and the well-being of our communities. We have a long-standing commitment to responsible sourcing, fair food, and outreach.

We celebrate local producers throughout our dining spaces and source ingredients held to high standards of quality and care. That includes Certified Humane® cage-free eggs and poultry raised without routine use of antibiotics.

Responsible Coffee Sourcing

From our cafes to our partnerships, we’re committed to responsible sourcing practices and conscious choices that support a more sustainable future.

In a building where coffee fuels productivity and creativity, our team has formed strategic partnerships with organizations like Change Please Coffee, Grace Farms, and Afficionado. These brands aren’t just serving coffee; they’re brewing change.

Change Please Coffee at The Fuel Bar: This organization donates 100% of its profits while training individuals experiencing homelessness to become skilled baristas, providing valuable employment opportunities.

Grace Farms in Work & Trader Cafés: Committed to social equity, Grace Farms donates all profits to combat forced and child labor globally. They source coffee from women-led cooperatives that practice organic and regenerative farming, fostering both social equity and environmental sustainability.

Afficionado at Lobby Coffee: This coffee house builds long-term relationships with farmers, supporting vital community projects focused on education and women's health.
