We're excited to launch our Local Restaurant Pop-Up program, which brings the best of New York's local dining scene straight to the Carts in the Exchange. Each week, we will spotlight a different restaurant, food truck, or hospitality vendor, offering guests a rotating lineup of fresh flavors and unique cuisines. In addition to connecting with local restaurants, the Carts will also feature chef takeovers, seasonal markets, and wellness and sustainability activations.

March 2nd - 6th: The Migrant Kitchen
Founded in 2020 by Chef Dan Dorado to tackle food insecurity, The Migrant Kitchen has grown from a catering company into a social enterprise that celebrates global flavors while giving back. For every meal purchased, we donate a portion of proceeds to The Migrant Kitchen Initiative to feed someone in need – nearly 4 million meals to date. Our diverse team of chefs create menus inspired by global traditions, bringing underrepresented flavors to the forefront. You can find us in Central Park, the Upper West Side, and at major events like the U.S. Open and Bryant Park Winter Market.

March 16th -  20th: Tradewinds
A Caribbean food truck is, in and of itself, quite the foodie attraction. However, if you’re a resident of Jersey City, NJ, you’re in luck because you live in proximity to Tradewinds II. This little vehicle ups the ante on all that bold flavor. How so? By adding a twist of Guyanese culinary traditions to the mix, translating to an eclectic array of full-bodied cuisine you’d be remiss to miss. The menu here runs the gamut of lip-smacking options, seasoned up with powerful blends of aromatic spices to create a rich flavor bound to please even the pickiest of palates.

March 23rd - 27th: Carlitos BBQ Taqueria
At Carlitos, we believe that food brings people together, and we strive to create a culture of fulfillment for everyone who walks through our doors, from employees to customers.  It’s about sharing, connecting, and building relationships while celebrating Mexican and barbecue culture.  We aim to be respectful to the barbecue craft by carefully striving to make the most delicious pit-smoked barbecue tacos.
