Her career also includes significant roles in enhancing Front Office Experiences at The Nomad Hotel and The Peninsula Hotel, where she demonstrated her ability to create memorable guest experiences.

Most recently, Fern led the hospitality program at the Restoration Hardware Guesthouse in the vibrant Meatpacking District, where she successfully elevated the guest experience through innovative strategies and personalized service. Her leadership and vision have consistently set new standards in hospitality, making her a valuable addition to our team.
