For the past seven years, Natalie served as the Director of Quality, Learning, and Development at The Langham, New York. In this role, she was responsible for monitoring guest surveys and implementing strategies to improve the quality of service. Her innovative approach included conducting focus groups, surveys, and performance monitoring, all aimed at enhancing guest experiences and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.
