Lisa Locke is a registered dietitian, chef, and project manager with over 20 years of experience in nutrition, food service, and education. As Wellness and Sustainability Manager, Lisa combines her expertise in functional wellness with forward-thinking sustainability strategies.
Lisa’s professional journey began with a deep curiosity about the science of food and its connection to health. She has a degree in nutrition and is a registered dietitian. Initially, Lisa worked in clinical nutrition with high-risk patients across specialties, including cardiology and oncology. She then expanded her expertise at the University of Michigan’s Kinesiology Department, focusing on metabolism and exercise research.
Recognizing the importance of connecting nutrition science with culinary skill, Lisa pursued formal training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. She graduated at the top of her class and honed her craft in Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City and abroad, refining both technique and creativity.
Lisa has led transformative projects, from designing efficient commercial kitchens to developing culinary wellness programs from the ground up.
