Quality Assurance Manager, R/A

Jasmine attained her bachelor’s degree in biology, continued her graduate studies in Education, and holds many safety certifications, including PCQI, HACCP, NYC Food Protection, and OSHA 30, just to name a few. With nearly two decades of Public Health experience, Jasmine thrives in supporting food service operations through her in-depth knowledge of the food safety regulations of various municipalities. Her solid foundation in food safety began as a health inspector at the NYC Health Department and quickly advanced to Associate Sanitarian during her tenure. Thereafter, Jasmine entered the private sector as a Quality Assurance Manager, successfully creating and overseeing HACCP programs for restaurateurs in airports (LGA, JFK, EWR, PHL, and IAH), airline catering conglomerates, and commissaries.

She is grounded in a lifestyle of servant-leadership, the power of genuine relationship building, and continuous teaching, coaching, and training of team members to effectively bridge gaps and maintain safety compliance. She believes, “People are our most valuable investment! When we care for people, in return, we cultivate a sustainable, positive, and safe culture that generates continued progress and celebration of individual and joint success."
