As one of Restaurant Associates Supervising Chefs, David supports culinary operations at key accounts. David’s responsibilities have spanned all things culinary, including concept and program development, café operations, high-volume catering, executive dining, trading floor service, and retail markets.
David is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City and joined Restaurant Associates in 1997. During his 27-year tenure with RA, David has driven innovation and culinary excellence by taking the helm of the company’s standout accounts as well as new projects and openings.
David’s work has been featured in the pages of industry magazines such as Foodservice Director, where his Columbus Circle café won praise for its forward thinking, in 2005. In 2019, Food Management Magazine named his Tribeca café “Best of Show “for its holistic showcase of the foremost evolution in culinary, technology, sustainability, and style. David’s ability to perfect large-scale, high-profile events with the same creativity and attention to detail as intimate fine dining experiences has distinguished him throughout his career.
