Chef Dana Calbo has been with Restaurant Associates for 11 years. After two years as a Sous Chef under Chef Michael Fraino, Dana took over as the executive chef at the New York City Landmark Morgan Library Museum on Madison Avenue. During her tenure, The Morgan Dining Room earned the “OpenTable-Diners Choice” award and was featured on various television news outlets. Dana went on to helm the kitchen for the prestigious Proskauer Rose Law firm for two years before moving to Jefferies Financial in January 2018. In 2022, she received the coveted Compass Group “Be A Star” award for her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Chef Dana is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and has trained in highly regarded kitchens such as JoJo, NYC, Bernard’s at Ridgefield, CT, and The James Beard House, NYC. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her two children, husband, and golden doodle puppy at their home in Yonkers, NY.
