FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far in advance can I book a reservation?

Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance and must be booked directly by the guest through the WORK JPMC app. If you do not see availability for your desired date or time, please note that the app is functioning as intended—those time slots are simply fully booked. Cancellations do occur, so we encourage you to check back periodically.

Do you hold tables or have a waitlist?

We do not have a waitlist or table-hold system. All reservations have a 15-minute grace period. After that time, the table will be released to other guests.

How can I make a reservation for more than 6 people?

The maximum number of guests per table and per reservation is 6 people. At this time, we are unable to accommodate larger parties due to security reasons.

Do you allow walk-ins?

Yes. Our bar area operates on a walk-in basis and does not require reservations.

Do you offer private dining or event space?

At this time, Morgan’s does not offer private dining or event closures.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes, we offer a variety of menu options and are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow the reservation to be released for other guests. Reservations canceled within 24 hours will be marked as a no-show.

Can I request a specific table or area?

If the requested table or area is available at the time of your arrival, we will be happy to accommodate your preference, provided it matches the number of guests on your reservation.

Who do I contact to make changes to my reservation?

All reservation modifications (date, time, or number of guests) must be made through the WORK JPMC app. ,If you experience difficulty, we welcome you to stop by the front door and our team will gladly assist. However, please note that we are unable to create new reservations manually.
